These Terms and Conditions apply to our sofa sales (standard & custom sofas) and related services. By purchasing our sofas, you agree to these rules:

Withdraw/cancel orders: Standard sofas can be canceled within 24 hours of placing; custom sofas (tailored size/fabric) cannot be canceled once material preparation starts. Payment adjustments follow order status.
Liability clarification: We’re not responsible for damage from improper self-assembly, or normal wear (e.g., fabric pilling from long-term use) beyond product warranty.
Design rights: Our sofa designs are for your personal use only—no commercial reproduction/copying without permission.
User behavior rules: Avoid unlawful/offensive content when consulting custom sofa details; no spam toward our service team.
Account management: Customer accounts (if applicable) will be disabled for fraudulent orders or repeated rule violations.
Additional terms: Standard sofas include a 1-year frame warranty and 6-month fabric warranty.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers our standard & custom sofas:

Terms of returnStandard sofas: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.Custom sofas: Only returnable if there’s factory quality defects (no non-reason returns, as they’re tailored to your needs).
State of returnSofas must be unused, unstained, in original packaging; assembled sofas need to be disassembled and restored to original package status.
Reason for returnApproved: Wrong sofa delivered, factory defects (e.g., frame cracking, fabric tearing on arrival).Unapproved: Incorrect size/style chosen by you, damage from self-assembly/use.
Process for return
1. Contact our support team (provide order number + photos of the issue).
2. Wait for 24-hour review approval.
3. We’ll arrange door-to-door pickup for large sofas (or guide small sofa returns via designated logistics).

Process of refundAfter verifying the returned sofa meets requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Quality-defect returns get full refunds; standard sofa returns (non-defect) deduct return shipping fees.
